Corrective Exercise

I am a fitness professional trained to assess and modify exercise during pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. I evaluate the musculoskeletal system to identify movement imbalances, restrictions, and compensation patterns that may be contributing to pain or dysfunction.

I help women reduce hip, back, and pelvic pain, decrease leaking, and build a strong, functional foundation through the core and pelvic floor — so they can move with confidence and feel supported in their bodies at every stage.

My Approach:

Step 1: Online Assessment

Before we begin, you’ll complete a detailed online assessment so I can better understand your lifestyle, current aches or pains, pelvic floor symptoms, movement history, and goals. This helps me see the full picture before we meet.

Step 2: Corrective Exercise Assessment

Your first session includes a comprehensive in-person or virtual assessment of your posture, mobility, muscular imbalances, and movement patterns. We’ll evaluate core and pelvic floor function, assess for diastasis recti, and discuss signs of prolapse, pelvic heaviness, or weakness.

This session allows us to identify the root cause of your symptoms — not just treat the surface.

Step 3: Tailored 12-Week Plan

After your assessment, I will create a personalized 12 week corrective exercise plan designed to reduce symptoms, build a strong and functional core, and improve total-body strength.

We’ll meet once per week for a private session (in person or virtual), and you’ll receive a structured, progressive plan to follow between sessions so you continue building strength and confidence outside of our time together.
