Corrective Exercise

I am a fitness professional trained to assess the musculoskeletal system and identify movement imbalances and restrictions. I create personalized wellness plans for women, including pregnant and postpartum moms, to help reduce aches and pains, support bladder control, reconnect with the core and pelvic floor, build strength, and develop healthy lifestyle habits that fit real life.

My Approach:

Step 1: Online Assessment

Before we begin, you’ll complete an online assessment to help me understand your lifestyle, aches/pains, pelvic floor symptoms, and personal goals.

Step 2: Corrective Exercise Assessment

Your first session includes a comprehensive assessment of posture, mobility, muscular imbalances, movement patterns, and core and pelvic floor function. We’ll also discuss stress, sleep, and nutrition to ensure a well-rounded, supportive approach.

Step 3: Tailored Wellness Plan

Following your assessment, you’ll receive a customized wellness plan focused on building strength, supporting core and pelvic floor function, improving mobility, and developing healthy habits. Sessions are held once weekly—either in person or virtually—and include a structured plan for you to follow between our sessions.
