Meet Erin MSW, RYT, CES, PCES
I started working in the fitness industry at the age of 17 as a yoga instructor. After a decade of battling aches and pains, I discovered Corrective Exercises (CE)-- and it transformed my approach to fitness. In 2024, I became a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Association of Sports Medicine.
After having my son (Theo) in 2024, I pursued my training in Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise (PCES). I want new moms to know that back pain, leaking, and coning are not normal and can be fixed through the corrective exercise process. I feel passionate about removing the uncertainty around exercise during pregnancy and postpartum. Your body can rebuild at any age and any stage of life; you just need the right approach and someone to empower you throughout the process.
I hold an undergraduate degree in Social Work from Millersville University and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Pennsylvania, where I concentrated on Health Policy. I use motivational interviewing techniques to help my clients build lasting, healthy lifestyle changes. I also incorporate self-care and mindfulness strategies to reduce stress levels and support a healthy nervous system.
