Welcome to Mindful Movements On-Demand

Our Philosophy on Online Programming

Welcome to the Mindful Movements On-Demand video library! For just $15 per month, you'll receive unlimited access to exercise classes, yoga flows, educational trainings, and exclusive content designed to help you move well and feel good in your body. Our on-demand library is designed to provide safe, functional, and evidence-informed exercise classes that support you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Every class emphasizes quality of movement over quantity, helping you build strength, improve mobility, and develop greater body awareness through intentional movement and breath.

While these videos are an incredible resource, they are not a substitute for 1:1 coaching. Every body has unique movement patterns, strengths, limitations, and goals that deserve a personalized approach. That's why we wholeheartedly believe that the greatest results come from 1:1 coaching, where exercises can be tailored specifically to your needs and progress can be guided with individualized feedback.

Think of this library as a tool to complement your journey. Whether you're using it alongside our Signature Pregnancy or Postpartum Programs, working with a pelvic floor physical therapist, or simply looking for thoughtful movement at home, these classes are here to help you move with confidence and feel good in your body.

My goal isn't just to help you exercise—it's to help you understand your body, move with intention, and build strength that supports you in everyday life.

  • 20 Minute Feel Good Flow

In this 20-minute Feel Good Yoga Flow, we’re focusing on two places where so many women carry tension: the hips and shoulders.

But here’s something I’ve noticed working 1:1 with clients: Sometimes, we don’t even realize we’re tense! We’re so used to being in go, go, go mode—getting everyone where they need to be, checking things off the list, working, parenting, taking care of everyone else—that we can become disconnected from the signals our body is sending us.

  • Quick SI Joint Relief Routine

If you’ve ever felt that deep, achy, or dull tension around the back of your pelvis or on one side of your butt, you’re not alone. SI joint discomfort is common during pregnancy—but that doesn’t mean it has to become your new normal. Think of this routine as something you can come back to when your SI joint is feeling cranky, your pelvis feels stiff or unstable, or you simply need a few minutes of intentional movement.

  • Adductors: The Secret Ingredient to Pelvic Floor Health

In this 12 minute workout we are targeting the adductors (inner thigh muscles). Your adductors are more important than you might think. Because they attach directly to the pelvis, they play a key role in pelvic stability and work closely with your pelvic floor, deep core, diaphragm, and glutes.

  • Pelvic Floor Reset

When most people hear the words pelvic floor, they immediately think of Kegels. But for many women during pregnancy and postpartum, the pelvic floor isn't simply weak—it may be overactive (too tense), underactive (too weak), or a combination of both. A healthy pelvic floor needs the ability to contract, relax, and coordinate with your breath and deep core muscles. This practice is designed to help you slow down and relax the whole body, including the pelvic floor.

  • 15-Minute Glute Workout

In this 15-minute workout, we'll focus on reconnecting with your glute medius and deep core through intentional, controlled movement. By improving the connection between your core and hips, you can build strength, improve pelvic stability, reduce hip and low back discomfort, and move with greater confidence.

  • Yoga for Back Tension

Back tension—especially through the mid and lower back—is one of the most common complaints I hear from my pregnant and postpartum clients. This class is designed to reduce common pregnancy and postpartum aches and pains, but you do not need to be pregnant or postpartum to benefit from this flow. If you experience mid- or low-back tightness, this class is for you.
