This monthly subscription provides you with three 1-hour session session with me per week. These sessions can be held in-person or virtual. The first two sessions will be focused on strength and cardio and the third will focus on yoga/mobility work.
In addition, you will have a NEW personalized workout plan each week that you can complete at home or at the gym. You also have unlimited access to me outside of out 1:1 session. You can text or email me to troubleshoot your work out plan or any other questions.
I will teach you about proper exercise form, empower you to lift more, and develop a personalized plan to help you reach your goals and learn about your bodies' movement patterns. I integrate a holistic approach to wellness, we will also work together to develop a personalized plan to reduce stress, improve sleep, and integrate healthy eating habits.
