Yoga by Erin Lee is a breath-led class that blends traditional yoga movement with pelvic floor and core-focused exercises.

Created by Erin Lee, this method draws on over a decade of yoga teaching experience, along with specialized training as a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist. The result is a class designed to build deep, functional strength through alignment, breath, and controlled movement.

You’ll move with the music while being guided through intentional breath cues that support your core and pelvic floor. This low-impact class is safe and effective during pregnancy, postpartum, and every season of life. Whether you are returning to exercise, navigating a new chapter, or simply wanting to move and feel better in your body, Erin will meet you where you are and help you move forward with confidence.

Please register ahead of time, as in-person classes are limited to just 7 participants.
