This program is designed specifically for pregnant individuals who want to reduce common aches and pains and feel more in control of their changing body.
Your first session begins with a comprehensive assessment where we evaluate common pregnancy-related concerns, including core function, leaking, pelvic heaviness, and hip or pelvic pain. This allows us to clearly understand what your body needs.
After your assessment, I will develop a personalized plan tailored to your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll focus on reducing discomfort, building a strong and supportive core and pelvic floor, and preparing your body for birth.
We will work together over 12 weeks in one-hour private sessions. Each session progresses intentionally, and you’ll receive structured exercises to complete between sessions so you continue building strength and confidence outside of our time together.
My approach is research-driven and centered on identifying the root cause of your symptoms — not just managing them — so you can experience lasting relief and move through pregnancy feeling strong and supported.
