You’ll receive one 60-minute private session with me each week. In addition, you’ll get a new personalized workout plan every week to complete at home or at the gym — designed specifically around your goals, schedule, and movement patterns.
Outside of our sessions, you’ll have unlimited access to me via text or email for questions, form checks, or troubleshooting your program.
During our time together, I will:
• Teach proper exercise form
• Help you build strength safely and confidently
• Empower you to progressively lift more
My approach is holistic and evidence-based. In addition to strength training, we’ll work together to develop strategies that support stress reduction, improve sleep, and build sustainable nutrition habits. I follow intuitive eating principles grounded in research — no restrictive dieting or extremes.
This membership is ideal for postpartum clients who have completed my 12-week Postpartum Program and want continued support — but you do not need to be postpartum to join.
Subscription based clients also receive 20% off workshops and pop-up yoga events hosted at Mindful Movements Studio.
