This subscription provides you with a 1-hour session session once per week with me. These sessions can be held in-person or virtual. In addition, you will have a NEW personalized workout plan that you can complete at home or at the gym. You also have unlimited access to me outside of out session. You can text or email me to troubleshoot your work out plan.
My approach addresses muscular imbalances that occur during pregnancy to build strength, reduce aches and pains, and help prepare your body for birth. I will teach you about proper exercise form during pregnancy and develop a personalized plan to help you reach your goals and help you understand your changing body. I integrate a holistic approach to wellness, we will work together to develop a personalized plan to reduce stress, improve sleep, and discuss nutrition during pregnancy and postpartum. I follow intuitive eating principles and evidence based guidelines. After birth, we can continue working together to rebuild core and pelvic floor connection.
