12 Week Postpartum Program

$990.00

This program is designed specifically for postpartum individuals who are ready to rebuild their core and pelvic floor with intention and support.

Your first session will be a comprehensive assessment where I will evaluate common postpartum concerns, including diastasis recti, leaking, prolapse, pelvic heaviness, and hip or pelvic pain. This allows us to understand exactly what your body needs. 

After your assessment, I will create a personalized plan tailored to your symptoms, goals, and lifestyle. Together, we’ll focus on reducing discomfort, restoring function, and building a strong, responsive foundation through your core and pelvic floor.

We will work together over 12 weeks in one-hour private sessions. Each session builds progressively, and you’ll receive structured, intentional exercises to complete between sessions so you continue making progress outside of our time together.

My approach is research-driven and focused on identifying the root cause of your symptoms — not just managing them — so you can experience lasting change and return to movement with confidence.

Sessions are available in-person or virtually. Participants must be at least 6 weeks postpartum to enroll. I accept HSA/FSA.
