15-Minute Glute Workout

Have you ever heard the term "Mom Butt?" It's a common change many women notice during pregnancy and postpartum, where the glutes become weaker due to postural changes.

During pregnancy, your center of gravity shifts, hormones increase joint mobility, and your growing belly changes the way you move. After birth, your body often continues to rely on compensation patterns, making it difficult to fully activate your glute muscles—especially the glute medius, which plays a key role in stabilizing your pelvis and supporting healthy movement.

The good news? Your glutes can absolutely be retrained.

In this 15-minute workout, we'll focus on reconnecting with your glute medius and deep core through intentional, controlled movement. By improving the connection between your core and hips, you can build strength, improve pelvic stability, reduce hip and low back discomfort, and move with greater confidence.

Remember: it's not about doing more—it's about moving with intention and teaching your body to use the right muscles again.
